(The following was channeled on December 2, 2007. Other than for understanding, or for privacy to an individual who was attending, the words are noted as received. All questions are in italics. I have divided the copy with "headers" for easier reading. I have also selected some information that I think, at this time, is very relevant to change and have bolded those words. Although some of this information was published, this is the full transcript as received.)

We are here. There is much to be discussed in regard to your predictions.

EARTH CHANGES

We wish to speak to you first in regard to the Earth as we always like to speak to you. It is the micro and the macro that we speak of often. There is a sense of things being squeezed. On an energetic level, you will discover that nothing can hide from the new vibration coming on to the planet. When we say this, we mean that all things will be affected by this vibration. We mean that as this vibration enters from the surface down to the core, and from the core being reflected back to the surface and then out to the Universe. As these things are happening energetically, you will see shifts and movements upon your planet to the dismay of many and the delight of some. The dismay will be related to "how could we have allowed this to happen" – the we being the people upon your planet. Much of this will be related to the abuse you have been showering upon her for so long. You have scientists worrying about the area you call the Galapagos and they have every reason to worry. You will be discovering new things because of this energy shift. Let us first speak of the physicality of your planet before we go into discoveries.

INFLUENCE OF THE ELEMENTS

The planet itself, although perceived as a round ball, is not precisely shaped in the way you think it is shaped, regardless of where you have seen it from. The planet has nooks and crannies all along its surface as does anything that has been exposed to elements. What has been forgotten through the years are that the elements although connected to your planet also have their own sense of who they are as well. If you go back far enough in time, and read some of what has been saved, you will discover that there was a reason that people were worshiping the elements. They had their own identity as well. We will say there was a coming-togetherness of the elements and the earth. When this happened, she was more in charge. Now that she has put herself in a position to agree with the elements, the elements have greater reign than they ever have had before.

We are harkening back to a time when the elements were worshiped, because in the worship, it was believed the elements would leave certain things alone. In a sense, this is what will be happening. You can see it in the fires on what you call your West Coast. You can cross the street and everything will be burned. Yet, on the other side of the street, all but one house is burned. Why did that one house survive? We have spoken in other ways about this as well. We are going to say to you that it will be imperative for all who live upon your planet, to become connected to the area they are living on because in that connection they will keep themselves safe. No area will be left without some kind of elemental issue happening in the first quarter of your new year.

NEW BEGINNING/NEW FORM

Understand this does not mean destruction. This does not mean things are ending. Rather, things will be beginning in a different form. You have chosen this path. It is a path that all of you will be capable of taking a step away from should you choose to, but will remain safe on this path provided you are connected to it as we are suggesting.

THE EFFECTS OF EGO

We will say to you, for the United States which is where you live, to notice what ego, to notice what self importance, to notice what power is going to do to certain areas of your country. You will see some massive changes on an elemental level in places like Washington D.C. It is an area that you do not hear much about on that physical level. That will change in your first quarter. It is not terrorism that you need be concerned with. Rather, it is connectedness to your planet. For those people who are trying to ignore what is happening on the planet, they will have, perhaps, the greatest awakening. Therefore, your Washington D.C. area will obviously be affected. You will find other pockets in your country, where there are those who have been gleefully polluting or destroying natural resources. There is now a payback happening within your first quarter. We do not wish to have you panic. We do not wish to make it seem doom and gloom. That is not all that will be happening. In those areas where attention has been paid, there will be, also, a blossoming.

SEASONS OF THE PLANET

Understand that because your part of the world is going into winter, does not mean that all parts of the world are going into winter. There will be great areas of growth in those areas that are welcoming a different climate than your winter. However, remember that the point of winter is to go beneath, to rest, to prepare to come out again, renewed. You will see much of that.

You will see the extremes this winter. You will see weather that is wonderful and beautiful in the sense that nothing that is happening is in any way detrimental to the area. And then, from nowhere, a storm will come and shut things down. You are not used to this. You are used to acclimating yourself a little at a time. That is not what this winter will be about. The extremes will be creating many issues. You will see certain weather patterns happening out of season as well. Even though you are in your winter place, you may find you will have warmer temperatures than expected. If you are used to warmer temperatures, you may find them colder than expected. Whatever the norm has been, there will be workings against the norm to show you how things are changing. Too many people are saying, "this is not true, there are no changes". There will be great changes.

CHAIN REACTION?

We will caution you that down the middle of your country, there will be a chain reaction of sorts happening from North to South around the middle of your country. We do not yet know how this will make itself known. It will be reflective of the split that is happening within your country. The split of people saying "no, this is the only way" and other people saying "no, this is the only way". When this happens, there will be great political uproar. We will cover that a little later. Know that it will be on a physical level, down the center of your planet, that this particular chain reaction may happen. It could be related to your earth. It could be related to the wind or the rain. It could even be related to the fire or the drought.

Question: Did you say down the center of the planet? So it’s affecting more than just U.S.?

It comes from the planet and her wishes and then works through the center of your country. There will be other countries that will be facing division. Any country that is facing division will find something happening on an elemental level in the middle of their country. When you think of it, from one extreme to the other extreme, in order for these two extremes to face each other, they must face to the middle. That is what the elements will be doing and creating and, we do not like the word ‘forcing’ but instructing in vision.

Question: Is the situation in Darfur going to see – I mean I know it’s going to see some of that for there’s been nothing but upheaval there. Can you elaborate on that area specifically?

In that particular area on your planet you will see things need, because of the circumstances, to become even worse before they are improved. Because of that, attention will not be placed there in the ways that it is needed to be placed there. There has been great talk, but the average person does not understand. The same with your Middle East. The same with your issues on terrorism. The same with families that are starving in the very country where you are living. The same with the people who are freezing to death because of the prices of your oil. You will have to, you will be forced to, you will be needing to look at all of these things. Not one area at a time, but all areas at the same time. They are all related. They are all part of One. You are part of One. You cannot help but feel for these areas. The work that is necessary to correct some of the issues that have been happening upon the surface of the planet, is to go within the individual self and work from self outward. It will seem very much contradictory throughout the first quarter of your new year. We will be discussing with you all the concept of working with self for your first quarter. At the same time, telling you these monumental changes that make it seem like you should be joining or working with, or planning through others. But these changes cannot come about if self is not settled, if core is not strong, if the understanding of who you are as an individual has not been defined.

The area you call Darfur, is about ego, even though it is not looked upon in that way. It is from a judgement point of view that this is right and this is wrong – which is where all war comes from. There is an understanding of the wrongness on the planet – even though we have told you in the past that there is no ‘wrong’ – we will use this word for it is a word you all understand. When the ‘wrongness’ is brought to everyone’s attention, in a different way, is when things will start to change. That different way, often on the surface, appears to be worse than what could already be there. It is the moan of the people saying ‘how much more can this area handle?’ The answer to that is: As much as is necessary to change the direction! The same is true within your country. The same is true within every country. When you look at a situation and through your heart center ask ‘how much more?", the answer is always the same. It is: Until it is understood.

BORDER CONFLICT

We will say within your country the United States, which is what you are most interested in, you will see these massive type earth changes. You will see along your border conflict. The reason we say this is an earth change is because there will be earth happenings along your borders. If you normally would have something like a sand storm, expect it to be much worse. If on your northern border you have your blizzards, expect them to be much worse. There will be a sense of isolation happening in your first quarter. This is bunker mentality, to hunker down and to work on self before trying, as the United States does, to rule the rest of the world. In order to do this, it means that the individuals within the country must become more aware of their individuality, must become more aware of their feeling centers. The only way the planet has learned to make you aware is by, truly, putting it in your face. When she gave you New Orleans – how many years now and you have still not recognized what has happened in that part of your country. There is much to be seen. There is much to be learned. The planet will be teaching you by giving you more and more until you recognize what the lesson is about.

For the rest of the world, there will be great shifts and changes, also. Understand that in Europe, they will also be suffering from various weather, we will call them anomalies, although we do not know if it can be an anomaly if it continues more than once. There will be great earth changes. Since we are talking about things being divided, we are going to bring up the fact that the planet also is feeling divided. You will see. . .

NEW LAND/WATER CHANGES

We spoke in the past of new land masses coming to the surface. We will say, again, there will be issues around your sense of water. It is one of the areas that the planet knows she can get your attention. You will be discovering new things around water. When a seabed becomes empty and you do not know why, you will discover things along the seabed that you must understand in order to move forward in the ascension process you have chosen to walk with the planet. When you see the water rising in certain areas and taking over pieces of shoreline, and then falling in other area and exposing new land, you will understand that there are messages here. On one hand, it is to cover, to get beyond the importance that you have put upon the land. In others, it is to understand the land, herself, and what she has to offer you if you know where to look. Nature is not your enemy. It is only the way you respond to nature that makes her seem that way to many.

Europe will be changed as will your country. And Australia will be changed.. India will be changed. There will be no place on the planet that will look precisely the same at the end of your first quarter of your new year. We realize that that is a very large statement to make. It does not mean that the shape of the countries will change, yet, at the same time, that is exactly what it means. How much will be dependent upon what the lesson is in that given area. Look for more elemental "explosions" we will call them. Things coming out of nowhere, or so it will seem. Look for more elemental information.

We will suggest to all of you when you are traveling, no matter what means you choose to travel in, to please make sure you are connected before, during and after your plans. And keep yourself connected so you are aware of "right way" for you to be traveling. As long as you keep that in your heart, you will be fine.

ROTATION AND TILT CHANGES

The earth will be changing. We also wish to point out to you that the rotation of the planet will also be shifting. We do not know yet whether your scientists will be able to read the subtle differences, but we do believe that they will notice that the rotation of your planet is also changing. This rotation is part, in their minds, of what will be causing some of the major physical shifts upon the planet. That is not really true though we can see how it would be associated in that way. The changing of the rotation also has to do with the ascension process that everyone is now a part of whether they are doing it on a conscious level or not. They have, for what ever reason, agreed to be here at this time.

The rotation will be shifting. The tilt of your planet will be coming with that. We do not mean to say that north will become south or south will become north. That is not the case. That is a fear that has been part of your planet’s and science thought that they know that this has happened before.

Question: So there are no pole shifting.

No. There are no pole shifting. Yet, they will shift, but not in the extreme.

Question: There are not going to switch, I guess that’s the question.

They are not going to switch. They will change. All of this will be happening upon the planet and you will be seeing proof of this within the first quarter of your new year

We would suggest to everyone that you get connected with the change of energy that is running under the planet where you live. That will be something that will be important for you to become more aware of. You will understand it. It will show itself in a way that will make sense to you. When you become aware of the changes, all you need do is tap into your planet and ask. The information will be there.

SCIENCE AND HEALTH - DISEASE AND "SUPER" BUGS

We wish to speak to you first of the concept of health and what that means now. It is different than what it has meant in your past. You will be finding upon the surface of the planet earth issues in regard to contagious diseases and stronger strains of things that have been around before. The reason these things have been surfacing and becoming part of the new reality of your planet, is the fear of the individual and the lack of deservedness that comes with it. Too many people have fallen to the area of belief that says they are not worthy of living. Too many people have fallen upon the belief that says they are not deserved of healthy bodies. Too many people have collectively come together to mention all those things that are wrong with the air and the land and the food in which in you are all living. This collective energy has been creating these changes for the last 10 years upon your planet. You will see in the first quarter of your new year a type of culmination of these fears. They will be coming and making some places busier than others, such as your center for disease control. You will be seeing diseases they wish to label but not understand so they will just make them what is called "super bugs". Something they have seen before, but stronger, bigger, more resistant to what you have in your medicine cabinets.

The reason we tell you this is so when you start seeing the reports coming in about this happening here and this happening there, you will note that they are all happening in small pockets around the world. Some will travel across borders. Some will not. Some will be understood and eradicated in the minds of science. Some will not. Some will offer information on old diseases. Some will not.

Recognize that your science is becoming, through a new group of younger scientists, more intuitive about cures than they ever have before. There is a sense of the holistic coming back into science that has not been there for many, many year. With this holism coming in, you will be able to better understand the treatment of the entire body instead of the treatment of that particular disease that has come in to affect the physicality.

Understand that there is information that will be out and about on your planet that will both help and hinder. When you get past the need to fix, it will be fixed. When you get past the need to prove, it will be proven.

We have said to you through other sources, the fact that you come in with all that you could conceivably need. That includes the health of your physicality while in the dimension you have chosen to live within. Understand what this means to you as an individual. When you look into the first quarter and see the great news reporting so much about what is happening within the physical body, it is going to be most important for each of you to be aware of that physical body and recognize you do not need to buy into what is being agreed upon by the collective. There will be places where people will be wearing what you call the facial mask in order to avoid what you call catching things. We do like that phrase of ‘catching’. We do not think that you go out and look for something to grab. Yet, you use it all the time. Using it at this point in time, it is exactly what you will do. There is no need to chase any of these diseases that you will be seeing coming into the planet in this quarter. Rather, we will say to you, when you are in connection with your physicality, when you are aware of what your body’s needs are, when you recognize that there is nothing that is more perfect than what you are in the moment you are in, is when all things will align in the appropriate way for your energetic body as well as your physicality.

LABELING THE "UNSEEN" WORLD

Science will be uncovering much information in the first quarter of your year, but they will not always understand how or why or when to utilize this information. They are going to discover things that they have to label but cannot truly see but yet they know they work. In the discovery of some of this information they will be influencing through thought pattern. This is why holism is going to be a piece of the new science, especially where health is concerned.

We will say to you that in the first quarter of your new year it will seem more like nothing is working. Yet, many new things will be happening because nothing seems to be working. Look toward the younger scientists. Look toward the ones who are coming in without the same prejudice that others have had before them. Look toward the things that have been tried in the past and did not work. There will be a resurgence of old things being new again.

ENERGY: Some of this will be related to your concept of energy, for there needs to be a new way to energize the planet itself while keeping her safe from all of the negativity you have been sending out through the other forms you have used in the past. RELATING: There also needs to be a way relating one person, one tribe, one group to another. This will be coming in your first quarter. So many things are happening it will be a type of sharing that would not have happened without what many on your planet would call tragedies.

There will be a resurgence and interest in science, but not in the way it has been before. There will be a resurgence in the interest of understanding disease, but not in the way it has been before. Understand that what you will be given is a great gift in the first quarter of your new year. It will be vision that will be different. It will not be the vision of the physical eyes, but rather the vision of the third eye that will know there is something operating on some level that cannot simply be seen but yet, at the same time, the affects of it can be seen. Once this is better understood, once they come away from needing to label, to allow it to happen, is when great, what you call miracles will be occurring within your science and your medicine.

GOVERNMENT AND MONEY

We would wish that we could say to you that your governments have finally learned the many lessons that need to be learned about being one with the One. It is not quite true. What you will see happening in the first quarter of your year 2008 will be the possibility of the fuses being lit. It is unfortunate that upon your planet,– collectively not just within your country but within all countries– there is a need to dominate and a need to rule. It is not understood that all things are equal. All people are equal. All life is exactly that – life. It works with an energetic flow, one to the other.

The governments around your globe will be learning some very harsh lessons in the first quarter of your year 2008. The lesson of the country in which you are located, your United States, will be about their interest in the area you call the Middle East. On one hand, they broker peace. On the other hand, they support and finance war. It is a contradiction that cannot stand. It will be seen in new and different ways. When we collectively spoke of the squeezing happening within your planet, this will be part of what will be squeezed out. The energy will no longer allow anything to remain quiet or behind the scenes. Things will be found out in new and different ways. As they are found out and brought into the light of day, the shock of the masses will create change.

You, as a species, are learning to understand your own empowerment and no longer willing to hand over your power to another, nor to listen to the dictates of another because they say it is ‘best for’. There is a greater awareness of the power plays that have been happening for a very long time. In this awareness, you will see a shift in governments. This will be on all continents. This will be in many different ways. You will see a shifting of the way the rule will be handled. The reason for this is because there is now enough energy coming from the universe to push aside anything that has been hidden for any amount of time.

GOVERNMENT AND MEDIA

So we will go first to your country the United States and say that the government at this point in time is being tested. The media, that for the longest time has been controlled by and controlling of, will be reporting new information because there will be too many people demanding that information be found. The reason for this will be because of what is happening allegedly behind the scenes.

Its seems that in your country the sexuality of an individual is more important than the actions on other levels. That will also change. Although sexuality will be an issue in many things coming up, and more people will be exposed in different ways for what they have been doing, the general public, the masses of people will be looking at these things quite differently. In looking at them differently, they will start affecting change in a new way. The way they will be affecting change is by denying certain rights and abilities.

There will be argument about what you call your taxes coming up in the first quarter. There will be argument about how much people can pay for these certain things. There will be information disseminated among the people that said ‘this was done at this time and it was fine’. This was then done. Are you willing to accept that? And the people will be saying "we will no longer accept this type of spending." There will be greater demand of responsibility of actions than there has ever been before. It will be more under a microscope than it ever has been before. You can expect to see not change yet, but exposure in the first quarter of your new year in regard to your government. Because of that, these kind of things also affect money.

MONEY

It is being looked upon that other countries now can come and shop in your country and get a better deal for their dollar is stronger than your dollar. Because of that, there are many looking at what is happening on a monetary level within your country. The people that have been keeping quiet about their own monetary issues, are now going to have a greater say. The way this will happen is through the spending of money.

We are going to say to you, it is not a depression that is coming. It is not a recession that is coming. But both of those things will be talked about in the first quarter of your new year. The reason for this is an awareness that the people who live in your country are no longer willing to spend the money the way they have spent it in the past. They recognize it is nothing but illusion. It will create a different kind of exchange system than the one you are currently using. Talk about how money will be produced and utilized will also be shifting. It will be in only the talk stages for the first quarter of your new year. Nothing really drastic will be happening except the awareness of the issues. As these things become much more in the face of the individual, there will be a greater need for explanation than there has ever been before. It will be operating from state to state to start. Then it will take over what you consider to be your national government and answers will be demanded.

There will be turmoil in regard to both your government and the way government spends money, creates money, determines how money is made and distributed. All of those things will be discussed and organized in the first quarter of your new year. On an individual basis, depending upon the attitude of the person we are speaking about, will create something new and different.

Money is nothing more than an exchange of energy that has in the past been exchanged with fear. Not enough. Cannot spread enough. Cannot do enough. Cannot, cannot, cannot. We are going to say, for the individuals who can see their deservedness, then they will see their worthiness. Seeing their worthiness, they will see their value. Seeing their value, there will not be an issue in regard to the exchange of an actual dollar for it will be an energetic shift. Money will not be measured in the way that you have measured it in the past. It is hard for all of you to conceive for you think of this being earned and this being spent. You do not understand that it is not about earning and spending. You do not understand as yet that it is about the flow.

You spoke earlier as a group this evening about vibration and understanding that when you take something in how it will affect you because of your own sensitivities. We are saying to you it is the same with money. Money is a vibration of a different sort. The vibration itself will be shifting and changing for those of you who are already vibrating on a new level. It will make it easier not harder for you to be surviving in a new environment.

You all worry about this. You worry about this from the old energetic vibration which is money earned and money spent. You need to be looking, if you choose to change this, in a whole new direction. The direction isn’t about what comes in from this direction goes out in that direction. Rather, it is the recognition that it is already there. It is unlimited. The supply is available at all times. We do not know if any of you can every grasp that concept. It is what will be coming to you in new and different ways, at least on the vestiges of the beginnings in the first quarter of your new year.

Understand there will be great controversy over paying taxes. Understand there will be great controversy over who is taking what money and doing what with that money. Understand that there will be some people coming to the forefront in your country and in other countries to assist in the understanding of fixing what has been broken by the power brokers of politics. When this information comes through in a think tank way, you must recognize who will accept and who must reject for the ego involved in what is happening. The information that will be coming from the think tank, will be information that will assist in the world in regard to survival, of how best to distribute and work with. If the think tank information is not accepted and acted upon, they will simply recognize, quickly, how much quicker they are going to get deeper into the debt issues that they have been in for a long time, not just on a physical, monetary level, but also on the energetic level where value is concerned.

If you keep your eyes open in your first quarter and see what is being done on that energetic level in regard to money, you do not need to fear. Yet, all of you, as we are watching you when we speak of this, we see your energy come in and the brow furrow because you do not understand that there are other ways in your survival than through the dollar. We do not know how better to explain it than we have. But do you have any questions on any of what we have spoken of?

Question: When you mentioned the think tank, is that an actual organization?

Not in the sense that you mean. Rather, good minds will come from various places so they can speak with one another without political agenda.

Question: Yes, you’re right, I do not understand about the recognition that it’s always unlimited and always available.

We would ask you to think of it (money) like air. Do you walk into a room and think you only have so much time in the room before you run out of your oxygen? That is how you think of your money. If you can think of your money more like air, you will understand what we have just told you.

RELIGION AND SPIRITUALITY

There will be a great change in the belief system of the global community. There are so many large sections of belief, in one particular God or one particular religion that will remain intact and yet, at the same time, for survival, needs to be looked at. As this happens, you will note that more and more people will be more open to changes within their own belief systems. The reason for this is as science comes along and explains on a spiritual level of seeing something that they cannot see that affects other things, it questions the question of religion in general. Science has always been able to do this.

There has always been a battle between these two systems. In a very odd way, you may see the beginning steps of a merger, of these two powerhouses of science and religion in a different way than has ever been there before starting in the first quarter of your new year. When this merger, this change, this focal point is happening, what will be happening to the individuals will be a more open minded look at things. It is still understood that the average person needs proof to how things work. That is the whole point of religion - to accept without proof. Oddly, with science coming in, science may be able to prove some things that they have not been able to prove before in the past. It will be interesting to see if they will actually say they can prove that God exists. That is something that Gregg Braden is working on, and other scientists, as well.

Understand that spirituality is something that cannot be put inside of a box nor defined in any particular way. The spirituality that will be coming to the global planet, to the global community, to the global world, will be more along the lines of an openness that has not been here for many millennium. The openness will be about receiving, about the understanding of opening instead of keeping yourself closed to what might happen with a place starting from fear. That is what most religions teach – fear. So they teach not to do, not what to do. They teach how to hold back, not how to go forward. They teach what you cannot expect instead of what you can. When you are in any place of expectation, it is only after you have chosen to release the physical bodies.

With the understanding of science, one of the things they will be bringing into the mix will be the inter-dimensionality of your worlds, plural. As they bring in the other dimensions, they will teach people how to recognize that what will happen in one area such as your physicality, cannot necessarily be measured the same in another area such as your spirituality. When they give this information out, it will have people questioning whether God walks next to them in their own worlds. Is that not truly the case, that no one walks alone? Once God becomes more personal, a companion, then religions also change what they are teaching.

You will see a shift on some levels of people’s reception to new information coming from what was once considered the enemy, science. As these things start to weave in a new pattern, you will see more people opening to the concept of the dimensions as well as the concept that they are not alone, that they work on more than one level. As these things open, vision will be changing both physically and spiritually. As these things move forward, more people will be coming with proof that works for them in where they are going and what path they have chosen. You will see changes, yes, in spirituality. Not in the way they have been handled in the past.

Question: Could you explain what you mean by visions changing both physically and spiritually? Did you say vision or visions?

Both. In one case you have your physical vision of your two eyes. In the other case you have your spiritual vision of your third eye. Both of those will be changing.

Question: What about peace?

We will say to you, when you are speaking of spirituality, let’s speak also of peace. It is when the individual recognizes the peace within that there can be peace upon the planet. Part of the recognition of peace within is the recognition that you operate, that you exist in more than one place at a given time. Part of the peace within is the recognition that you are part of the whole and as such, you cannot be less than what the whole represents.

If the whole for you is a representation of evil, then perhaps it is simply you acknowledging that you are indeed evil. If the whole for you is the recognition of the love, then perhaps for you, you can also represent the love. The choices will be coming in the first quarter of your new year to determine within yourself your own peacefulness. It need not come through any type of war except for those who are choosing.

We had stated earlier that you cannot be brokering peace while supporting war, which is what your country has been doing. There will be many changes. As long as those who can shine their light will recognize they are dimensional beings, and keep their lights lit, there will be a quicker resolution to what is happening upon your planet. As long as those who keep their lights lit recognize that peace starts from within without judgement, without need to fix or change or shift for any other person but self, then you will see a sooner resolution to peace upon your planet.

VIBRATION & EATING

Then let us speak for a moment of vibration. Just as we said to you, when you walk into a room, you do not expect it to have a limited amount of oxygen, we will say to you also, when you walk into a room, it does have a signature that you can recognize. You can recognize it as your bedroom, or your living room or your kitchen. It is not just by what is within the room itself, but also the vibration that holds in its own identity.

When you are ingesting, when you are taking something into your physical bodies, your physical body has its own signature, as does each of your energetic bodies that work with you in all the other dimensions. You have been working on aligning all of these bodies to work with the same vibration, one to the other so that compatibility would be more comfortable when things start to change. When you are ingesting a food, it also has a particular signature. It has the signature not just of the preparer, but of how the food was grown and how the earth was taken care of or the animal, prior to it being processed into what you call food. So you have layer upon layer upon layer in what you ingest that shifts vibration when you then put it into your physical signature vibration. All of those layers then need to become compatible with all of your layers. The difference that has happened is that at one time, your physicality and the layers that you work with were changed to match the food you were eating. Now, what is happening, the food you are eating must change to match your physicality. If it does not, it will be eliminated from your physicality. In recognition of this, what you can do prior to ingesting, is you can spend just a moment and touch whatever it is you choose to be ingesting and see, in your mind’s eye whatever is best for you, alignment. Alignment within the various levels in what you are eating and its compatibility when you take it in to your own alignment and various levels. If you can see these lining up like slots, or spokes in a wheel, however it works best for you, you will find you will have less discomfort within your physical bodies.

CHANGING PERSPECTIVE

We will say to you that it is time for each of you to be looking at your lives from a new perspective. Not from the perspective of how you survive. Not from the perspective of what you must do. Not from the perspective of how things have happened in the past. Rather, from the perspective of a knowingness, an alignment of energies, that will put you in the position you wish to be in which is attracting to you what you say you truly desire. You will never attract those things as long as you believe that you are limited. The way most of you limited yourselves is through the financial picture. Again, do not expect the oxygen to run out. Do not expect the finances to run out. It is all of the same energetic signature. It is how you approach it that changes it. If you wish to change your lives and have things created, understand that the new way of creating does not have to do with you dwelling upon what is not working. The new way of creating does not have to do with you intellectually outlining what you do or do not wish to have.

The new way of creating has to do with you accepting that it is there already. Seeing it, feeling it, knowing it, allowing it on every level of your being. That is the only trick and it is no trick. It simply is what it is. We hope that the information that we have given you for the first quarter of your new year will assist you and others in understanding where they are coming from. We do not want to soft sell it and make it seem easy. On the other hand, we do not wish to panic people and say ‘danger, danger’. We do, however, want people to become aware, including each of you, to the powers that are within you, that you have come in with. Once you understand them and utilize them, you have greater power than you have ever had before. In understanding this power what you can do then is anything, with no restriction whatsoever except what you put upon yourself. That includes when the elements are going a little crazy. Open your hearts to your understanding. We have given you enough hints and direct information that it is in the heart that it all happens. Go there children. Understand it. Work with it. Create whatever you so choose.
